thanks for the support you've provided during these 3.5 years in a new environment and in my first job. so much has happened, and I've through joys and hardships, have learned, in no particular order:
- pilates is an invigorating all-in-one exercise that delivers results
- there is 'vermin' everywhere, and of diff sorts. psychopaths, the corrupt, hypocrites, liars, thieves...
- there is also needy everywhere and they help.
- it'll be awhile until I learn true humility and become wise
- the Body Shop and Benefit makes lovely products
- people are happiest when they forget themselves and serve others.
- a lot of conflicts are actually due to cultural differences that stem from how that person was wired when young
- 'Winter is coming'. Kidding. more like, the end of the world is coming. I don't believe the Mayan calendar, but do take a look at the world. when this is compared to the account in the Bible, it's pretty scary. time to repent, humans...
- the ereader and halogen ovens are brilliant inventions
- sometimes, you have more control than you think. take matters into your own hands and make the best out of the situation. even when somebody is being unreasonable and criticizing you as a person, you can control how it will affect you.
- go find someone to love this Christmas!!
